There is a lot of gender-neutral bullshit going on. So, let me explain why i use the phrase "Women cannot be dominant".

So a bit context here. Male is known as the dominant sex. This is the historical context behind dominant. Because of our ability to use force, meaning against someones will. The definition of the term "Dominant" refers to person in authority. But authority itself refers to person who take (forcefully), or is given power. However, as the person who is "given power", can have that power stripped away by force. We refer to the person who take, and wield power by force as the Dominant.

Now, i do not argue that men should threat women badly, absolutely not. When we use the word dominant, we expect self respect and control from a man. As dominant without would be known as domineering.

In relationship context this will be the man, that is looked up at as the leader of the household. It does not imply that he is fit to lead every aspect of the household, or that he should not respect his spouse. But this becomes more about Virtues Masculinity, than it is about being dominant.
