Teller: Every time i selflessly give, or even seemingly give in a metaphorical sense that takes vital resources from myself. I am remembered, and what they remember is; “He is a good man.” And that is exactly what i wanted.
Of course altruism can be used for “good”. But it is very dangerous to assume goodness, when the altruistic receive your influence and support in return. In your act of supprting the altruistic by chance you support evil.
Self: And with altruism I will say; I love you. Enthralled in my altruism you will follow, give yourself to me, let me prey upon you. And under my strings, doll, you are the puppet, I am the puppeteer.
Naive prey! Belive in altruism, this is your grave. Assume predation and survive. In other words; Assume the worst from humans, or die.
