Appeals – Generally humans can appeal to three things. Learning to navigate how people appeal is important.
1. Logic – These people are often highly pragmatic, seemingly ‘cold’ but it does serve a purpose, they view the world in a near predatory way, and the other two options are mere weakness.
2. Morals – Or Ethics. An appeal to what “should be” or “what is best”, often these are made with an emotional weight, that can be seen simply as emotional manipulation.
3. Emotions – Human reactionary responses.
Statements – Are most commonly used as an assertion of factum, or factuallity. While often statements lack any logical grounding.
Arguments – Are often nuance based, and follow below statements that often generalize, the arguments “argue” for the exceptions.
Variables – often create nuances into topics. They can be difficult to spot. Note: The word “nuance” or “nuances” is often used by individual who don’t know what “other nuance” they often use it as “there is more, but i can’t tell you why, just trust me.” Which is a fallacy.
Conversation Depth – Depth is one of the more complex nuances in debating, and we can think of the depth as three distinct levels.
Level 1. Exist on the pure Primal – Might makes Right, is what dictates reality regardless of everything else.
Level 2. Individuals on this level are very logical, but often bring in emotional and/or moral appeals, staying on a dual layered conversation.
Level 3. Individuals on this level are “reactive” they got little to none logical (critical) thinking skills, and appeal most of all to emotions and morals. What “should” and “should not” be.
All of these levels are natural for humans, and so ‘is’. It is however helpful to understand for the more ‘enlightened’, that our debating opponent might actually just communicate on a different level. These levels are meant to be descriptive and help identify majority of individuals, while also may allowing for contextual nuances.
– The Shadow Realm of the Trinity of Power
In a sense we can say we humans live in three different realms at the same time. E.g Violence, Moral (Cohesion) and Manipulation. These are the Trinity of Power. But they are not only internal, or external. They ‘are’: Logic/Response and Emotional/Reaction.
[ Shadow ] (Sings): Such ignorance of what’s true: “You are insecure for denying their ‘happiness’” they say: Oh wont you go insane? Why would you condemn me and show your insecurity towards my ‘happiness’ and in the Shadow you will go into madness!
[ Malvolient ]: I am Master of the Paradoxes! A Silhouette of one True King! The Shadow – Let me taunt you, bring fort the demon within you! Monster – Recoil in your skin, and crawl!
Can you even differentiate if you are spoken to, or if someone express emotions?
[ Malvolient ]: Can you become master of the realms? Bring forth ye Shadow!
